Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of your request, in accordance with our payment processor’s regulations.
Refund Method

We will choose the most suitable refund method based on our financial conditions at the time. You’ll need to provide your account details to receive the refund.

Refunds may be issued from different sources to ensure faster processing.

Partial refunds may be provided when appropriate, after discussion with the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

The replacement for your returned watch is unavailable from both factory and in-stock inventory.

You change your mind before the order is shipped or while your unused watch is returned to us.

Note: The watch must be completely unused and still covered with the original factory protective plastic on the sapphire, case back, case, and strap. It must arrive back to us before we issue a refund.

The product you ordered is out of stock and you choose not to select another model.
Customs Seizure
If your package is seized by customs while using our recommended shipping method, we will either resend your order or issue a refund after consultation with you.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
