Ordering Guide
Hello everyone, this is Retime.
To help you purchase your favorite watch more conveniently and quickly, please read the ordering process below.
1. Ordering Process
Step 1: Confirm the model and quantity

You can place an order directly on the website. The system will automatically send you a confirmation email.

If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.

Not all models are uploaded yet. If you can’t find the watch you want, please contact me via WhatsApp or email.
Step 2: Payment

I previously offered “Pay after QC,” but many buyers stopped replying after receiving QC pictures, which wasted a lot of time.

If you still prefer this option, a USD 50 deposit is required.
Step 3: Quality Check (QC)

QC pictures usually take more than one week at the moment, as many factories have been raided and production is slower.

If you are not satisfied with the QC pictures, you can request a replacement.
Step 4: Shipping

Once you confirm QC and payment is received, I will ship your order as soon as possible, usually providing tracking info within 1–2 days.

If you don’t receive it, please remind me.

Please make sure to provide your full address, name, phone number, and postal code.
2. Payment Methods
Due to stricter financial regulations in China, some payment methods are no longer available. Thank you for your understanding.

Preferred: TransferWise, bank transfer, Bitcoin

I also have several accounts in the US and Europe for wire transfers (apps like Revolut also work).

If none of these work, we can try PayPal Family & Friends.
3. Shipping Methods
We always choose the safest and fastest shipping option available.

4PX: Our most popular option — stable, fast, and available in most countries.

DHL: Available in some regions, but currently slower and not the first choice.

EMS or PostNL: Used if 4PX and DHL are not available in your area.
4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information usually updates within 1–2 days.

DHL updates can be slower, and sometimes they issue a new tracking number.

If there’s no update after 5 days, please contact me and I’ll check with the courier.

You can track your package on 17track.net by entering the tracking number and selecting the carrier.
